Cosmic wellness was a commission project. The project took 2 weeks to complete. My client needed a logo and certain promotional material to launch their brand.
For the design process I used Adobe software like illustrator and photoshop for the logo and mock up material.

“Born & Raised in Tamaki Makaurau. I have been in the sport and recreation industry since 2011 with experience in primary school level coaching (2011 - 2013), Personal Training (2013 - 2017), strength & conditioning (2017 - 2020), injury prevention & massage (2015 - Present)

In 2017 I graduated from Manukau Institute of Technology with my Bachelors degree, under the watchful eye of some of the most quality lecturers. From there I have gone on to work with amateur, regional and national/international level athletes in different capacities whether it be strength & conditioning, injury rehabilitation support or Sports Therapeutic Massage.

Working with multiple sports teams and working amongst different sporting codes I make it my business to learn the sport and what is required physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. Ensuring I can provide the best possible treatment working within my expertise.

LOGO

Meaning / Ideation

My client asked for a logo that represented her as well as her family roots. My client asked me to incorporate some design ideas she had herself. She loves the moon and stars, she asked me to use that idea as a base for the logo since she has a personal connection with crescent moon and stars.

The moon represents my client being the largest feature and the stars represent her parents and grandparents. The patterns on the inside of the moon represent her Polynesian (Maori) side. The two Koru are symbolism to her brother and sister and the shark tooth represents her partner. Her family and partner both have Polynesian backgrounds so she expressed it was important to have those design elements in her logo.
